Self Drive

It doesn't matter from which direction you travel. At the N2 you will see a big traffic circle (Shell Ultra). At the circle follow the "Plettenberg Bay Centre" signs. At the second roundabout (with dolphin statue) on Marine way, you turn left into Main Street. Take the 3^rd street to the left into Church Street (Europa Cafe & Pam Golding on the corners). Drive up the hill and you will see the Albergo for Backpackers sign after 25 meters on your right hand side.

Baz Bus

We are a Baz Bus Stop and Booking Agent. The Baz Bus will drop you off and pick you up right in front of our doorstep. When you travel from the direction of Port Elizabeth you will be at Albergo at about 12.00 AM and when you travel from the direction of Cape Town you will be at Albergo at about 6.00 PM.

Main bus lines

As soon as you arrive at the bus station (The Shell Ultra) give us a phone call and we will pick you up. Pick up and drop off from 9h00 AM until 9h30 PM available (reservation essential). Sometimes transport is not available. In that case we are happy to explain you how to walk (1.5 Km) or to phone a taxi for you.
