Getting greener is an ongoing theme in the backpacking industy. And of course we are on top of it. We put new green bins in our kitchens and we build a new compost stack. Reading up about compost on the internet is almost like going back to school. Never really knew that there is green and brown waste from the garden and that you need both to create healthy compost. Last week we had a meeting with an environmental specialist and he is going to make a plan to make Albergo for Backpackers even more carbon neutral.
